MedRelay

Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

The short version: MedRelay stores only what your family needs to coordinate doses. It has no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and never sells or shares your data. Only people who join your family with its code can see your family's information, and you can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time.

Who we are

MedRelay is an app that helps parents and caregivers coordinate a child's medication doses. It is operated by an independent developer ("we"). Contact: thinkofme.app+medrelay@gmail.com.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics.

How we use it

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

Everyone who joins your family using its family code can see that family's children, medications, and dose history. Treat your family code like a key and share it only with people you trust. A parent can remove members in the Family tab.

Where it's stored

Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in the United States. Push notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service. MedRelay does not store health information in iCloud. Data is encrypted in transit, and database access rules restrict each family's data to its members.

How long we keep it

We keep your family's data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your membership and device information are deleted. If you were the last member of your family, the whole family, including its children, medications, and dose history, is permanently deleted. In a family with other members, doses you recorded stay in the shared history under the name you used.

Your choices and rights

Children

MedRelay is intended for adults. Children do not use the app and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Information about a child, such as a first name and medication schedule, is entered by a parent or caregiver. We recommend using a first name or initial only.

Not medical advice

MedRelay is a coordination tool. It does not provide medical advice, and notifications may be delayed or not delivered. Always follow your doctor's and pharmacist's instructions.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
